Rotors - Two part numbers for one part

Hey all,
I know this may seem like a pretty noob-ish question, and I've searched them interwebs all to no avail.
Basically I need to replace the front brake rotors on my Civic, and looking up parts dealers online the rotors are listed with two different product codes

45251-SNA-000
45251-SNE-A00

The first lists at $119.80, the second $108.20.

I'm wondering what exactly the difference between the two parts is? Different materials or an older version? Definitely don't want to get the wrong rotors for my machine and end up screwing things up royally.

Any help or clarification is much appreciated!

Welp, we kinda need to know what year, model, and style you have. I.e., I have a 2003 EX 2door MT.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Looked up 2008 Civic sedan 1.8 DX/LX/EX
My catalog shows

SNA for Japan built cars
SNE for USA and Canadian built cars

OP use your online parts catalog but enter your VIN instead of picking out your model manually.
