Lost PCV valve washer

Hey it fell somewhere I can't get to it. Can I screw it on without any washer. To go try and buy one later. The one I ordered didn't come with one.

Or can I put just a little Honda bond on the PCV valve ring and just screw it, I guess the point is to have no leak, or does the washer make it more tight, I feel with no washer I can screw a lot of turns.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: Lost PCV valve washer

If the washer is what I'm thinking of, it uses the same soft aluminum oil drainplug washer. Use a Honda oil drainplug washer.

Re: Lost PCV valve washer

Yeah, just buy some oil pan crush washers. Its a good idea to have a supply of them if you do you own oil changes anyways
