2011 Civic Blackout Tape Around Windows
Has anyone had any experience replacing the tape around the windows, it's a shame that it started going to heck about 3 years in.

The tape can be replaced, I'm just wondering if anyone has had any luck doing it themselves. Kinda ridiculous that Honda did it this way, I'd love to know why.

Mine looks the same way , real disappointed . Several people have asked what happened to the paint...... Couldn't explain . Also the front window "black trim" weather proofing had come apart and was slapping roof of car . Had to cut off with a knife to prevent damage to roof paintwork .
