Leave the compressor where it is.

Just created an account for this issue
Had a Civic DX-G 2006 (so with A/C)
my compressor freeze, instead of paying 1000$+ for repair, I only bought a Belt for NON A/C civic and bypassed the compressor.
Work like a charm for 30$.
