hahaha yeah i mean 18 inches oh sorry just the wheels no tires these tires i used them for my new wheels...ummm whats wrong with them well their not in perfect condition it has some scratches around the chrome part and well i need money so im willing to sale them for that low price... if you guys wanna c more pics of them on the car let know or the scratches like i said free shipping in the u.s
