FS: Shift boot attachment
This piece keeps the shift boot higher up on the shaft for those that have an aftermarket shift ****. This is genuine Honda/Acura piece (bought it from Acura dealer). Mine was bored out to fit Revo STS (used it with Skunk2 shift ****). $5 shipped to your door. (US, lower 48 states).

You could have gotten a hell of alot more than $5 shipped for that. Go ahead and put me on the list too if things somehow would fall through.

I'll be honest, most dealers either dont have them or cost $10 or so.

This is the site I found that SAYS they have the part. Some people have claimed that the part no longer exists and they will just say it is out of stock. its worth a try though. It is labeled as adaptor, shift boot and is actually made for an 03 RSX. Part number 08999-BAK-100
