why do you give the rims a "fair" condition. tons of curb rash? or bald tires?

They have some curb rash and they're about 50% tire left. They are $200 you can't expect them to be excellent they are fair.

great deal on those rims, you can fix them too I'm sure. I had a set of those with major curb rash one like three wheels and my guys fixed them good. Powdercoat can do great things.
