FS: Prolumen 6000k HID Kit (2 days old) **UPDATED WITH PIX**
FS: Prolumen 6000k HID Kit (2 days old) **UPDATED WITH PIX**
I just received this kit in the mail, I hooked it up, everything works good. Then I got a ticket, because I have aftermarket HID kit installed on car. So I am selling it, I can have pictures posted up tomorrow. $260 shipped. I accept local pickup (Virginia, Maryland, D.C) or money order, check, cash.
I will ship it insured, you pick what service you desire (Fedex, USPS, UPS, etc.)
let me know if you are interested, considering trades too.

I have the same kit on my car, awesome quality and great output. That sucks that they busted you for it, I get flashed a lot by cops and other drivers but no one ever stops me for them. Here's some pics of them on my car so you can get a better idea of what they look like:

i have the same kit from impulse too and haven't got any flashed yet except the first night w/o adjustments...
sweeteli99: are you using oem housing and adjust it after you installed it? even though i adjusted it, there're glares everywhere but at least i aim it down so it's fine...
n20hcvc: mine is not as blue as yours for some reason.. it's toward more purplish though... are you using oem housing too?

those prolumen kits do have alot of glare compared to better brands, but I don't find it to be a distraction. My friend was driving behind me and I could stare at em without getting blinded. Just make sure they're not aimed too high.
yes, i am using stock housing, no, i didn't adjust it, no time to
noticed some glares, but didn't really bother me.
they aren't THAT blue, like in that pic, i guess the camera flash made it seem a bit more blue-ish. its white-blue, not purple..
anywho, i think i have a potential buyer, so if he backs out i'll update

actually, they arent as blue as they look in the picture, it's just the camera. They are more purplish/white rather than blue. My camera for some reason made them look blue.
