01 civic lx electrical issues

01 civic lx electrical issues
01 civic 4dr lx auto
so i just got this car, it was free, runs and drives fine. i noticed no brake lights and hazard lights didnt work. turn signals work.
so after a day of taking stuff apart and replacing brake light switch. checked all fuses all good. now the car wont start. and i cant get it to read on my obd2 scanner?
what could i have done to not make it start? radio code? nothing i did fixed anything but i just want it to start it cranks over just no start.
