Rep Power: 0 Speedo and speakers intermittent after hitting deer
I have a 94 ej2 d15b7. So I hit a deer doing 70mph last weekend and now every once in a while I'll hit the breaks and the speedometer will drop to zero and catch and bounce a few times, at the same time the speakers will stop playing. I noticed the SRS dims a touch when I hit the breaks... Ideas anybody? So far I've replaced the valve cover ground and swapped the VSS out of my extra tranny.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Was the car repaired, or is it still crashed?
Voltage drop testing the grounds between battery/body/drivetrain, and hots between the battery/alt/fusebox would probably be some places to start.
If the car was repainted, paint covering ground attachment points creates big problems with poor contact. Same goes for rust and corrosion.
