hey i have a 98 honda civic dx 5 speed that has the weirdest idle surge, ive been thinking bout changing the alternator but im not sure if i should, when i give the car gas or even put it in first gear the whole car surges idle, and power, the lights on the dash flicker and headlights , everything, its completely messing up how the car runs, have any ideas because im completely lost..
