Rim a lil bent will bigger tires help bumpy ride?

I got low pros on my 18's and wanna know if I go thicker on the tires it will help lose the bumpy ride when I go 50mph. I got em balanced but just wanted know if I should just get new ones or if I could still keep these ones?

Thicker (higher profile #) tires would be more likely to rub.

Replace the bent rim instead?

No.
You might google for wheel repairers.
