i got a new pair of depo tails and the centers go on fine .. but the sides i can't seem to get them out i tried till i got fustrated there is a bottom screw that i just can't seem to get out on one. do i have to take the bumper off? how hard is that? or am i missing something simple..

yup take the bumper off. there are screws in the wheel well for it, and also some hidden bolts when you open the trunk. you gotta pry off the black plastic tabs to see em. then once all the screws and bolts are off, the bumper pulls off. its clipped on. then with bumper off you will see the extra bolt for the light housing on the bottom.
