problems after installing aftermarket head unit

Need answers asap!!
So i installed all new speakers and a head unit and when i finally went to go to start it up. I went to turn my lights on because it was dark time and my tail lights and my dash where the ac and heater controls are are not lighting up any idea what this could be? But before installmemt everything worked fine

did you connect an orange illumination wire at all? if so disconnect it

I didnt check the fuses and none of my orange wires are connectedbut ill let you guys know when i take a look more into it
