B18A1 Swap into 4th or 5th Gen
I recently got into cars last year because of my friends SR swapped S13. I currently own a DA9 integra and want to pull everything out of it and essentially put it into a EF or EG civic. I am leaning towards getting a EF sedan just because I like the body style and a friend of mine currently has a shell I can buy. What exactly would I need to swap the B18A1 into the civic. I assume I'll need new mounts,harness. I also want to convert B18A to OBD1 rather than OBD0. I know it would probably be easier to buy a OBD1 B-series and do this but I want to learn everything I can. Also would I need different mounts for the tranny since the shell I'm looking at was originally auto and I have a 5spd tranny or could I use the current mounts?
