Clean your throttle body and plates.
As for upgrades? That depends how you drive and what you'll want.

As Seamus said..it depends on how you intend to drive it.
Most people rush to more power gains but suspension and handling is as much or more important.

If it's a manual transmission, even with the stock engine it could be a fun car to drive by adding wider rims/tires and a quality set of adjustable coilovers.

As far the engine is it a B18 (DOHC) or a stock D15 (SOHC) ?
