Hello. I recently got my license and I'm going to be working this summer so I'm going to be in the market for a car. I really enjoy the first generation of civics so I'm looking to see if someone could possibly set me in the right direction.
I'm not to familiar with the trims of the civic or which Civic looks nice when modded.
I'm looking for a type of civic that is a two door, has a sports look to it and could easily be modded and look nice.
If anyone knows what type of civic this is please let me know because I honestly do not know too much about Civics other than I've seen quite a few nice first generation Civic's.
I'm also looking for suggestions on a nice body kit for the Civic (within a reasonable price range)

You're looking for 1973-1979 models, if you're going for a 1st gen. I'd recommend going for as late a model as possible, both for safety reasons and the engines for the 1978-79 were a little more powerful.
I didn't see anything about trim levels, even on Honda's own site. I think it's just called a "two door."
Personally, I would recommend a 6th generation EX because of its aftermarket support and double wishbone suspension. But that's just my $.02

a '95 was actually the last year of the 5th gen 1996-2000 is a 6th gen and 2001-2005 is a 7th gen. If I was you I'd try for a 6th or even 7th gen if it was at all affordable...worry about modding later.
