Rep Power: 0 Trying to figure out what block/head/intake mani i have
I have a '00 EX M-Trans with a D15b? swap. I got this car form my buddies tow yard, everything was already done to it and no previous owner to ask.
Im trying to figure out what D15 i have, what head is on it, what intake mani they have on it and the fuel rail. I have tried to research the net but am not getting anywhere.
Engine Code - D15B 2854369
Head Code - (Left side) 604190524 (middle) P2J-3 (right) 96
Intake Code - P2P 1PT-4
Fuel Rail Code - 19:21 067
Few More Pics
Any input or suggested links will be greatly appreciated.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

JDM engine?

The dual VTEC solenoids looks like their pic of a 3 stage VTEC?
I have no clue here. These were before my dealer time. Just going by the Wiki pages. I really don't remember seeing more than a single VTEC solenoid on any of the engines here.
This brings up a question: Are BOTH of your VTEC solenoids actually wired all the way to the stock 2000 EX M/T computer?

Thats what a couple people i know have been saying, maybe its a JDM motor/head...
The 2 stage is hooked up with a push button on the shifter(ghetto as hell)
Its pretty much just a short in the circut so you can engage vtec when wanted(above proper rpm's)
Both stages do work, the second stage has some kick!

D15B doesn't look like a US engine to me.

So the computer operates one of them as it was designed to do (doesn't set any
codes), and a pushbutton operates the other one?
