my 1992 honda civic wont pass smog in the pip what can i do thats cheap? not working so not much money.

You have two choices, buy a new cat or drive the car around for a 1/2 hr to heat the cat up. you can find a oem cat for pretty cheap on craigslist

there are no cats on craigslist can i find a bolt on one cuz mine looks like its bolted on

Most cats are bolt ons standard.
