d16a6 won't pass smog. Head swap?
I bought a 89 Si that won't pass smog. Last owner said a mechanic said that it was carbon buildup.
What i am trying to decide is if i should try and fix it myself (i have no experience, but learn quick. Paying someone is not an option), or use this chance to put in a different engine or VTEC head?
