Trying to decide on a hatch

I'm trying to get my ram sold right now to get a hatchback. I have 3 possible choices but I can't decide on what to get. I will have $5,000 from my truck and I have a little cash. The first is a 92 hatch with an h23, of course non vtec, with racing radiator, skunk 2 coilovers, headers, magnaflow cat back exhaust, and a throttle body. 85,000 on motor and he wants $2500. The second is a 93 hatch with a gsr swap, has short shifter, stage 3 clutch, coilovers, greedy cat back exhaust, and replaced ecu and tunes. Says it put out 185 on the dyno. He wants $5200. The third, which I like best, is a 93 hatch with a JDM 1.8 vtec putting out 218 Hp before the lightened fly wheel. List of mods and prices.
95 JDM GSR B18C w/Y80 hydro tranny - 3550
BDL 70 MM throttle body - 360
Skunk2 Pro Series coil overs - 725
Omni Power rear lower control arm (adjustable) - 195
Omni Power front camber kit – 125
Complete MSD ignition – 315
8mm wires - 64
Ceramic DC header – 300
MagnaFlow high flow cat – 134
MagnaFlow cat back exhaust – 392
Suspension Techniques front/rear anti-sway bar kit – 280
Apexi Vtec controller – 220
Autometer “Monster” carbonfiber tach – 223
Fidanza 12# flywheel – 205
Exedy Clutch kit – 279
Clutch Slave – 20
AEM cool air induction – 245
Gram light rims/tires – 1359
Viper alarm – 355
GPS system – 624 (yearly)
Car shell w/ good title - 500
85% complete Turbo kit - 550
Stock parts
OEM Honda Rear seal and ALL tranny seals - 67
Half Shafts (Both) – 140
Radiator – 130
Thermostat – 18
Complete tranny reseal (Hondabond) – 13

But it needs a shifter pin that connects shift rod to tranny. Using a bolt now. He says it would be an easy fix but hes trying to sell it so who knows? He wants $5,000. What do you guys think the best deal would be.
Thanks

Rule #1 never buy a modified car, only brings you trouble. Go buy you a stock one and modify it yourself and dont take the easy way out.

Built Not Bought.

^ I agree... Your walking into a car that's been beaten to hell. Try to find a car that's been driven by someone who takes care of their cars, not beats them to hell.
