idle issues and bogs out after warmed up

So I recently bought a 1993 civic si coupe 1.6l vtec and it had the engine rebuilt and was sold to my friend prior to me. It was only driven a month and a half and then sat for four months. The first time I drove it we had to jump start it and it started no problem, I drove it to the gas station and put oil and gas in it so I could drive it home. Went to go start it and didn't start. So I got a couple jump starts and went to leave and the car died. So I had it towed and I've been working on it a bit at home since. I changed the fuel filter and all the spark plugs fully charged the battery and changed the connectors to the battery terminals. Now it idles well when it is warming up it even drives well to, and as soon as its warm the engine almost dies out and when I put the clutch in rpms drop to about 500 and it doesn't idle stable it bounces between 700 and 1100 rpm. And once my engine is completely warm I try to drive it and it has lots of hesitation and if I floor it even at idle it bogs out.
