Just changed the head gasket (head was machined), timing belt, accessory belts, water pump, and valve lash adjustment. After starting the car up it runs fine for about a minute, and then it starts to go into a rough idle. Putting the car into drive its fine (haven't test drove it yet). I bled the cooling system, so I am thinking that it is a vacuum leak somewhere. I like the idea of doing a smoke test, but where can I hook up the hose to the system to check for leaks? Also have seen spraying carb cleaner around the intake manifold but that didn't seem to change the idle much. Here is a video of the car idling.

It sounds like you need to let her relearn the idle. Did you allow her to properly warm up, and let her run with nothing on but the car and let her idle tune herself to place? It takes maybe 10 minute. If you haven't, I search idle relearn on your year honda so you can properly go through the steps. Hope this was helpful

They literally said they fixed it by cleaning the IACV and throttle body.
