Y8 swap in ej6 troubleshooting

Hey I recently did a y8 swap in a 97 honda civic dx coupe (ej6) and I'm having issues with starting it up. I dont hear the fuel pump priming up when I turn the key. Also when I turn the key all the lights dont turn on in th cluster upon starting the car. Is there anything I'm missing? What could it be?

Check related fuses and relays with multimeter
Possible ground issue?

I checked all the grounds and it's all connected and still nothing. It cant be the ignition switch because I bought the car running before I did the swap.

It could be a multitude of things. Triple check all your connections.
