95 and 98 front subframe compatibility

Bought 98 coupe with d16y7 in it, everything looked sound when I checked the car out. But after I bought it and got it home I decided to go over it a little more throughly, upon further inspection I found a spot on the front subframe that seems to be purty rusty. I don't particularly like it, so I'm gonna replace it. I purchased parts car (which is a 95 sedan) for $50, hoping I'd be able to swap the subframes. Is this possible? What would I need to do or your thoughts on my sitch. Thank you
