1997 Honda Civic Sedan- Still fun or what?

Alrighty, so I've been wanting a Civic for years now, and I found a dude that will trade his 1997 Honda Civic sedan for my car, I put in my craigslist ad that I'm looking for 96-00 Hatchback/Coupes, but he offered a sedan. I know all Civics are fun and all but in your guys's and gal's opinions, will 6th gen manual y7 sedan be pretty much as light and fun as a hatch would? I know they are only like 200lbs more but they are longer. I drove a hatch and realized how amazing they were, I'm curious if the sedans are still fun, because I've been trying to find a trade for a while now and there are simply not any hatchbacks anywhere reasonably near me, and all the coupes are mutilated.
Thanks!

Sedans are still fun in my opinion, also more practical. Plus they have more of a stealth factor if you decided to swap in a different engine.
