97 DX complete swap help

I did a complete swap (98 D16y8 engine, transmission(manual), harness and ecu on my 1997 civic dx(manual tranny). After putting everything together, I fire it up and its looking for the IAC, which the engine I swap doesn't have IAC. So I swap a throttle body from a 99 D16y8 engine(Automatic) that has IAC. When I fire it up the IAC code was gone but now it idles rough, no power and backfires.
What I have done wrong and how can I fix it?
Thanks

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

I can't see and I don't know, but I'd say check to make sure you didn't get the TPS and MAP sensor connectors switched.

Re: 97 DX complete swap help

Ezone, could it be the TB gasket- I have read where people have gotten a mismarked one from the parts store. One is for AT the other for MT. In this vid, a guy that did the mini me swap and gives the part #:

Just thought I would ask and try to help from what I've seen. If I'm way off- disreguard. You can tell me to STFU-

I just tossed out the first thing I thought of.
OP is who has to figure out what the actual problem is!
