1998 civic keeps dying when warmed up

I have a 1998 Honda civic ex. Once car gets warmed up and I go to shut it off it will not fire back up I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes and it will fire up. If I have been driving and take a exit ramp one of the ramps where you have to drop down to 25 mph because of the turn the car will just die tach drops down to zero even with the car moving. I have to wait 5 to 20 minutes before the car will let me fire it up. Oil battery and check engine lights comes on. No spark at the wires no spark at the coil or ignite. I have replaced the whole distributor with oem. I have replaced the coolant temp sensor and fan coolant sensor. I am stumped don't know where to check next.

I've had this happen to my EG hatch. I replaced the master relay and it never did it again. I had a buddy with a spare working master relay, so I didn't spend anything on it.

Ditto main relay. I had virtually the exact problem, replaced ignition switch, distributor, cap, plugs, wires, fuel filter, and fuel pump, before a mechanic told me to replace the main relay. Took two minutes to swap out, got one for about 50 bucks at O'Reillys
