O2 Sensor Wiring To The ECU

What's up guys I have a 97 Civic DX, and I've been having some issues with my after Cat O2 Sensor or if I'm correct the "Secondary O2 Sensor", ever since I bought my car it's been throwing a O2 Malfunction CE Code and took it down to get fixed and the mechanic shop I took it to fixed it but now it's back and I was told just to get a new jumper harness which I did, but I'm running into a issue I got a HX Vtec Harness and noticed that it doesn't have a secondary O2 Sensor... I have no clue what to do because the harness that came with my car has the Secondary O2 coming from the Jumper Harness not within the cab. So I was wondering does anyone know how I can make this harness I got work?? Would wiring it to the ECU do the trick?
