95 cut off

My 2000 civic ex cuts off at 95 and then it jerks if I try to get on it again. What's the best way to get rid of the speed limiter? After typing out it seems as though it's constantly cutting off if I slow down then give it more gas to get back up to speed.

Re: 95 cut off

There's no speed limiter on a 6th gen. Other than being a Civic.

Re: 95 cut off

Only way I would think it is possible is to trick the ECM since that is what cuts fuel when you hit the limit.

Re: 95 cut off

I don't know.

Engine management system I guess.

When people turbo they generally turn up there rev limiter and they do it with engine management software. AEM, GReddy, Hondata.
