Exclamation EK Hatch Overheating

Hello,

I'm an owner of a 1996 Honda Civic Hatchback (CX). Automatic transmission.

As of late Ive been having a very annoying problem, OVERHEATING.

Basically my car has been overheating and I've done almost everything I can to prevent it. Below is a list of what I have done so far.

-Replaced Thermostat
-Reseal bottom hose from radiator.
-Reseal top hose to the head.
-Replaced Radioator Cap
-Replaced Top Hose
-Replaced Bottom Hose

NOTE:
-I have jumped the radiator fan so it's always on. (temporary)
-As I'm driving it only gets hot as I'm accelerating.
-The car cools itself down as the car is idle (IE: Stoplight)
-Once the car is overheating and i pull over, I can see steam coming out of the resevoir
-bubbling can be heard from the reservoir after the car is turned off.
-The radiator evaporates coolant/water at a very fast rate (10-15 minutes of driving)
-The reservoir is FULL, despite the radiator being dry.

So, through process of elimination, I'm assuming the remaining problems could be the water pump or the radiator itself.

What I'm asking the community is advice, such as...

Have any of you had this similar problem?
What was the fix?
Am i correct in saying the the culprit could be the water pump or radiator?

If anyone can shed light on my situation it'd be greatly appreciated. I need this car for work and school.
