Dash removal

I'm doing my interior over in my 97 sedan and I wanna take the dash out so I can sand ,prime and paint the right way but don't where to start . Has anyone ever dne this if so how and will it leave a gap trying to put the dash back in ???

If you've never pulled a dash, you had better get a good shop manual first. There's an awful lot of places for the job to go wrong if you don't know what you are doing.

Not sure what you mean by this. If you do the job right, it will fit just like the factory did it.
