went and got my ek today. paid $2000 for it.
needs a bit of work but all the front end stuff im taking from my coupe lol bumper fenders grill and headlights. as far as the rest of the body goes its in really good shape aside from a few scratches here and there.

it is a 99 dx hatch with a d16y5 swap and y8 head. unfortunately vtec isnt hooked up because he didnt have a vtec ecu...soooo since i have a paperweight in my driveway ill take the ecu outta my ex coupe too lol. eventually ill have the tranny from it too and a few minor interior pieces. (ie. inside door handle trim piece, hood release, and trunk liner if it will fit...?)

oh and my whole progress setup from the coupe will be on the hatch too. although the hatch is already on kyb struts and h&r oe sport springs. but those dont drop it much. they are very comfortable though i will say. compared to my coilovers any ways lol. and it needs a sway bar, maybe im used to very minimal body roll but i kind of thought she was gonna flip at this curve i usually am doing 10 over through. i was like creeping through it in the hatch.

and the exhaust sounds HORRIBLE and it has a silencer in. i took the silencer out and i LITERALLY set off another cars alarm on my street with it. but yeah overall im happy with the car. i just happen to have all the parts it needs already from the coupe lol. definetly helps to have 2 civics the same color lol.

also got my stereo in today and bump in the trunk...well...hatch

and im gonna order a flowmaster 40 tomorrow i think. hopefully that gets rid of all the raspyness. its sad though cuz it sounds like ALL rasp and no vroom.
