Rear plastic panel 3rd brake light removel?

I need to get that plastic panel out where the 3rd brake light is to get window tint off. Whats the easiest way to remove it? Let me guess ill have to take 5 parts off just to get to the one i want.

Deleted my original post: I read the question wrong, sorry

My best suggestion is to start unclipping rear deck panels and hope you can figure it out from there. I've never dealt with the cyclops light, so I can't exactly tell for sure how difficult it is to reach.

I agree, but it's illegal to drive without a 3rd brake light.
At least in the U.S. I know... :P

What Civic version do you have ?? I have 2dr coupe and in order to get rear deck out I had to take out back seats, then both side plastic panes and finnaly rear deck went easily out and I could replace speakers, and you could get to what you need. It's not hard to do but frustrating since you have to take out so much. I'm not sure but I had to take out plastic from panels next to front seats and onscrew seatbelt

But thats on 2dr coupe.

You need to remove the rear seats and rear side panels.
