So it is not technically my first vehicle, because I had a 1993 Chevy S10, but I decided I didn't want a truck so I sold that and made a 1500$ profit, so I had 2250$ to spend to find something I would like more.

I found a 1997 Honda Civic Coupe EX for 1500$ in nice condition exterior and interior. Will post pictures as soon as I figure out how to do so.

It has 190k on it buy after reading some things on the internet and talking to people I feel like it isnt that much of a big deal especially since it was owned by an old lady.

How much would it cost approximately to lower it? I am mostly interested in non-performance mods. Any ideas? You are the experts.

Not sure about lowering but if you are looking for some cheap upgrades you can swap out the interior lights for some LEDs. Put some in mine and my buddy has some in his mazda6. Cost less than $20 shipped. You also might want to swap out the license plate lights for LEDs as well it makes the exterior at night look way cleaner.
