Re: cx v dx??

The cx is lighter than the dx and has alot less features and no they are both not vtec. Only the ex and si civics are vtec.

Re: cx v dx??

So in your opinion which is better? I plan to use it as a daily beater. Also I live in MN, so snow if that matters. Maybe I'll just get an ex coupe, or can you not even tell the difference between the two engines?

Re: cx v dx??

I suppose. But do you know if there is a difference in proformance that would be notable between the ex vs. the dx/cx.

Re: cx v dx??

It wont be much. There is not much of difference in hp from the non vtec and the vtec d series motors.

Re: cx v dx??

get a dx it comes ready to upgrade for all the power things that come with the ex. i really like mine and dont ever have many issues with it just do some research on what you ant cause both of those cars come with pretty much the bare minimum accessories so keep that in mind
