Rep Power: 0 My car stops like ****
Hi everyone
As previously stated, my car stops like ****. The brakes are really spongy (I'm assuming this is from air in the lines)
I was thinking about switching in the Si master cylinder (undoubtedly someone will suggest an Acura 1" MC but that would mean I would have to do the brake booster as well, and I really don't wanna deal with that. I'll cut my 1/16th inch loss).
Would this yield a noticeable improvement in stopping power, for the time being? (I eventually want to do the rear disc swap)
thanks

Undoubtedly I would suggest getting the air out of the lines. Ridding the air would get rid of the spongy brake pedal.

thats great but you still need to make sure your front/rear PSI numbers are high enough. there could be a leak in one of the brake lines. in which case no amount of modding will help you.
