looking at buying a 00 Civic SIR
hello all, there is a 00 Civic SIR that im interested in buy but im not 100% sold on that it is a SIR...i was under the impression SIR's were all hatchbacks....but that being said i know nothing about civics...all i know about hondas is there extremely reliable...so i was looking at getting this car as it would fit my life style.

It's possible...Canadain SiR was equal to a US Si in 2000. I looked at the pics of that car and it's hard to say. Could just be an engine/cluster swap in some other model. Look at the drivers side windshield and the VIN # should have EM1 in it...if it's EJ8 instead then it's an engine/cluster swap.
It looks like a sketchy car to me though buyer beware.
