Rear JDM emblem fitment

I got a legit JDM emblem set for my 97 EJ8. The back emblem doesnt fit properly due to the fact that its a coupe and the TR is a hatch. So any good tricks to make it fit better? I was thinking of putting 3M emblem adhesive around the edges to hold it, but i dont think thats a great idea, I'm scared that if i hit a bump or anything driving down the road it will fall off. What tricks have you guys used?

Re: Rear JDM emblem fitment

If you prep the surface really well and use a quality adhesive like 3M it will hold just fine. The OEM emblems are held on with a double sided tape product.
