HELLO, so i'ma get to it i have a 2001 ex civic and I've been having ac and heat problems with it since July and i still cant figure out the exact problem with it I've changed the ac compressor and even the blower motor but nothing still the thing that happens when i turn it on is the compressor turns on for a few seconds than it turns off and when i turn the key the blower motor will start to spin but shuts off immediately the compressor does the same when i turn on the ac or heat at first then again shuts off, could it be some type of relay that isn't giving it resistance? im getting tired of driving around with my window down in this cold so that my windshield doesnt fog up so if anyone has any idea of what it could be dont be affraid to mention it

Re: 2001 honda civic ac/heat
There is a power (resistor/mosfet) for the blower motor that if failed would result in what I think your describing.
Its also possible the ac/heat control u it on the dash is failed.
The blower controller is installed into the ductwork behind the glove box so that the blower airflow helps keep it cool.
Looks like this.
