Oil Leak - NOT Common Timing Cover Plug Leak but Near That Area - Help!

Hello Civic Forums!

I have an 01 Honda Civic EX. I have had a slow oil leak for years but recently it has been getting worse and I was hoping someone here could help. Below are some images. The 1st is the source of the leak. I can witness the oil gushing out from this area when I shut the engine off. I don't seem to lose oil at all when the car is just sitting.

I thought it might be coming from Honda Part No.: 12513-P72-003 - Cylinder Head Plug / Timing Cover Plug. I just replaced this yesterday with genuine Honda plug from the dealer and it is still leaking. As you can hopefully see from photo 2, this area is dry. I have been browsing through forums, looking at diagrams, can't seem to locate what it might be. Any suggestion / solution would be highly appreciated. Where do you think it might be coming from? Thanks in advance everyone!

Clean the engine off with Gunk engine cleaner or similar degreaser and rags.

Oil in that area would usually be from:
*cam end cap
*valve cover gasket (most likely)
*clogged PCV
*head gasket (though less likely).
