2004 DX door panel removal

So I’ve searched, read, and watched about taking these door panels off, but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. I have the handle and crank window handles off, but I don’t know what I need to take off by the arm rest. The rope seemed to pry off, but seems as though doesn’t want to come off in the middle. Any ideas which panel I need to get off, unscrew behind to finish taking this door panel off? Any help would be appreciated

The handle part of the arm rest separates and there is a screw you need to take out.

Highly suggest heating it up along the seam with a heat gun till it’s just too hot to touch, let it sit a minute and then repeat before prying to reduce the likelihood of snapping the locking tabs.
