Rep Power: 0 Help! I need a smaller steering wheel...
Hi
I love my 2004 civic EU8 but I feel the steering is slow and the 15 inch steering wheel is just too big.
I believe the EP3 steering wheel is smaller (in diameter) but would it fit my EU8?
I checked this out:

It seems all 7th gen civic steering wheels are compatable.
I'm interested to hear any suggestions.
cheers

Don't know if fits, but don't blow your airbag while at it

I put an RSX Type S wheel in my '02. I had to slightly modify the cruise buttons to get it to function but everything else was basically a direct swap. EP3 wheel is basically the same (red stiching, Honda instead of Acura).

i put an integra wheel in a civic years back and one unintended issue was that the new wheel was shallower, ie closer to the turn signal stalk, like using a rim with the wrong offset.. every time i would turn my fingers would hit the levers. signals and wipers were bumped on and off any time my fingers would pass by. after less than a day i found myself swapping back to the original because even though it looked cool, it sucked.
not trying to discourage you, but recommending you check the depth of the wheel from the hub to the ring to make sure the intended replacement is not too shallow before you spend the time and money.
