Time to replace the timing belt
Hello,
I just bought a 2005 Civic LX 5 speed manual sedan.
I need to replace the timing belt, what do I need other than:
Timing Belt
Tensioner
Water Pump

Valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals are probably a good idea, take a good look in the engine bay and underneath see if you can see any other leaks, check the motor mounts as well the one in the front tends to fail

Coolant
Cam and side oil seals only cost about $12 total for both, besides the hassle, best time to replace them.
Few of those plastic pushpins..
Bandaids, maybe stitches if you slip and bang your hand/fingers into the camshaft sprocket. (Edges are razor sharp)

Crank seal if you want.
A big mother effing breaker bar with extensions (impact rated if you got it). I use the crank holding tool also it’s cheap and helps make it easier.

Besides what you listed, I would recommend cam and crank seals, coolant flush, thermostat, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals, and serpentine and P/S belts. I would also suggest doing a valve adjustment while the valve cover is off, as well as changing your spark plugs, brake fluid, MTF, and P/S fluid as a preventative if you don’t know when it’s been done last. Does the pulley go on any further than shown ? It's been about 3 weeks since I pulled it off to do the timing belt.

It's been so long but yes I believe it does. If I remember correctly I used the crank bolt to help press it in further (I didn't do a fully tight to spec just tight enough to pull it in more then removed bolt and checked).
