Whirring after installing audio input

This is what's happening:

I installed an audio input by buying an adapter that hooks in to the cd changer port in the stock radio.

the problem is whenever we listen it has a whirring that increases when the RPMs increases, the headlights are on, the blinker is on, the AC is on, and when you are rolling up and down windows.

I checked, and it appears the radio is grounded.

This is the kit I used:

any ideas on what I can do?

thanks!!
