Where's the horn under the hood?

I'm gonna fill it with silicone or disconnect it because the key fob beep is ****ing ridiculously annoying

You sound like you have more problems than just worrying about someone wanting to steal your crummy Civic, ese.

FYI the alarm won't go off when your wheels get stolen.

You should be safe if you lock yourself and your car in a cage at the Charles Paddock Zoo.

to answer your question, it's behind the front bumper cover, below the driver's side headlight.
