Hello, need advice, I have an 01 civic lx sedan, is the suspension the same as the coupe, trying to buy coilovers but I'm not sure?

Yes. Just make sure you're buying a suspension for an 01-02, not 03-05. They changed the crash bolt size from 14mm to 16mm in 2003.

As far as ride height goes, if I remember correctly, the rear of the sedan will sit a bit lower than a coupe if they were adjusted the same.
