Rep Power: 0 2003 Civic LX - Steering Issues
Hi, new to the forum and to civics in general and was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on this issue I've been having.
Lately when making a slightly fast, "fun" right turn my steering wheel shakes. It shakes more violently the faster I go as well. As far as I can tell the majority of the vibration is coming from the front of the car and the rear remains relatively stable.
Add'l Details:
In a straight line regardless of speed the car is stable
Left turns at comparable speed are stable
Got new tires in January and have done less than 4k miles on them
Thanks

something wrong in your left front wheel/suspension,
just inspect everything in that area,
- LCA bushings
- strut mount
- tie rod end
- lower ball joint
- cv joint
- wheel bearing
- tire/rim
etc etc

Are your new tires the original size? Are your tires rubbing the fender/bumper/inner fender liner on turns?
