Rep Power: 0 help with a transmission fluid leak
I know how to do regular maintenance and a few minor engine fixes but I am pretty much new to transmissions.
The transmission is leaking about 100-200ml per month. It seems like it is originating from the top of the transmission but i can't visibly see it because a mount is over the top of the area I believe is leaking. I've already changed out the dip stick so that isn't it. The rubber vent tube isn't clogged. Also it only leaks while running. Any ideas of what it could be? Are there any hoses in that area?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: help with a transmission fluid leak
Clean the area thoroughly, then recheck in a few days for fresh leakage?
Got pictures of the leak suspect area you can post?

I don't have any pics right now. Here is a diagram I found though. I think it is leaking from the red circle. When it is clean, some fluid is runs down the side of the transmission in the blue circle.
