Exhaust Manifold Cracked! -- Advice?

I recently noticed that there's a small crack in my exhaust manifold. The car has been running normally, so I'm not sure how long it may have been like this. Link to photos: http://1drv.ms/1CNjfSO
Is this a serious problem? and if so what should I do to get it fixed. I read that I might be able to get a mechanic to weld it, is that worth it?

Thanks.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Weld or braze is cheap, and if it works and lasts a while, then great.

If it doesn't last, then it gets less cheap (replaced).

JBweld high heat epoxy, or a propane bottle welding kit, should get this fixed. both can be found at walmart or lowes if you are in the US

if your welding it, I recommend heating up the cast iron and slap a bead on it ....
